2. What these terms cover
These terms govern use of this website and purchases of the products listed for sale. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Return & Refund Policy, the Cancellation Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
3. Products and prices
The live catalogue is the Picture Hanging Rail (priced per running foot), Perlon cords with Cobra in 150cm, 250cm, and 300cm, the 4kg Hook, and the 15kg Zipper Hook. Product pages describe stated load capacities. Those figures are stated capacities, not independent laboratory certifications.
Prices on the site are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout on the item subtotal. Shipping is calculated from your pincode. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or payment cannot be verified.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order after successful payment (or successful advance payment for partial cash-on-delivery). Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.
You must provide accurate shipping and contact details. You are responsible for duties, octroi, or local charges that a courier may collect, if any apply.
5. Delivery
We ship within India. Estimated delivery times are indicative. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you gave, except where the courier records a failed delivery for reasons outside our control. See the Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Sales are exchange-only. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
Change of mind, incorrect size or length chosen by you, installed or mounted products, custom-cut rails, and used cords or hooks are not eligible. Defective goods that we confirm as manufacturing faults are replaced. Full conditions are in the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Installation and load
The rail is mounted with screws. That is a one-time drilling step. After the rail is up, cords and hooks let you hang and rearrange artwork without new holes. You are responsible for using wall plugs and fixings suited to your wall, and for staying within the stated capacities of the rail, cord, and hook you choose.
Site copy that refers to less wall damage describes rearrangement after mounting. It does not mean a drill-free first install.
8. Use of the site
You may browse the catalogue, configure a system, and place an order. You must not:
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site, checkout, or forms.
- Submit false contact or payment details.
- Copy the site in bulk for a competing catalogue without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, product names, photographs, and diagrams are owned by us or used under licence. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except for fair dealing allowed by the Copyright Act, 1957.
10. Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from use of the website, from installation we did not perform, or from use beyond stated capacities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other mandatory Indian law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana, have jurisdiction, without affecting any non-excludable consumer forum rights.
